​I don't understand why you or the seller are negotiating the refund of money for a product that arrived broken and notice to the seller with photos  and repeated requests to resolve the problem all took place before the expiration for a refund or return.

I also see that the price of the product now is not what I paid for it, and the proposed compromise is the same as that newly quoted price, not what I paid.
